Can parents attend Site Council meetings and when are they?
Site Council meetings are at 6:30 p.m. on the third Monday of each month. Exceptions occur when the 3rd Monday is a holiday and the date needs to be changed. All parents are welcome to sit in; however, only site council members can vote on issues.
What is the role of the Site Council?
The purpose of the Site Council is to have parents and staff work together to improve the overall performance of the school. Typically, the group forms a work plan in September and focuses on priority goals for the school year.
